Requirements For Use
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to conduct business with IDC Trading. You must warrant that you are the actual legal owner of any and all gold, jewelry and other property sold or attempted to be sold to IDC Trading and acting on your own behalf and not as the agent or representative of another individual. IDC Trading may request documentation or other proof of compliance with these requirements.

Guarantee Against Loss / Limitations of Liability
Loss of contents that have been properly shipped to IDC Trading in accordance with the instructions and procedures set forth on the IDC Trading web site, will be guaranteed to the terms and conditions set forth on our website.
